The Foundry in NYC is a beautiful raw space venue in Long Island City. It features many walls covered in 4 types of vines that were planted by the family who bought the space almost 30 years ago.
The venue has several beautiful spaces available and the majority of items like tables, plateware, linens, etc need to be brought in. A perk of the space (besides it being absolutely stunning) is that you can bring in almost any caterer you would like and customize your wedding by bringing in any plates or tabletop you desire. It would be a perfect space for old-world European, Italian villa or French countryside type aesthetic with its cobblestone courtyard and abundant greenery.
Liana and Mike picked the Foundry because it was such a stunning space. They planned for a really fun and epic wedding that was 100% Vegan (City Roots Catering), with beautiful florals from Kraft+Co and an after party until 2am with DJ/MC team of DJ Kuky Sweets and MC Oliver. Rentals were all provided by Broadway Party Rentals. It was such a fun party I wished I could have been a guest to join in!
